Our Process
When you arrive, our friendly team will greet you, confirm your booking, and discuss any concerns or issues you’ve noticed with your vehicle.
Before beginning your service, we carry out a comprehensive 65-point inspection. This acts as both a safety check and a condition report.
Our technicians will:
Road test the vehicle to assess on-road performance
Inspect the exterior and under-bonnet components
Check filters, fluid condition and levels
Test your battery and charging system
Measure air conditioning temperature
Remove wheels to inspect brakes, rotors, tyres and suspension components
This allows us to identify safety concerns such as worn brake pads, low tyre tread, fluid leaks, or deteriorating suspension parts.
Once complete, we send you a digital inspection report via SMS and call to discuss any recommended repairs. No work is carried out without your approval.
We then complete your logbook service according to manufacturer requirements, along with any agreed repairs. Wherever possible, we aim to complete everything same-day to minimise downtime.
